In the build up to the performance date, our artists have been busy – around the clock – to create works that are inspired by different aspects of Kafka’s life, novels and letters. Where does one start? There is so much to go by! I think for all our artists the greatest window into Kafka’s mind, was his letters – each letter he wrote was so truly personal; with many left unsent. The letters seemed to be a great platform for generating ideas. How many of us have written a letter or sent a text but never got round to sending it?
Artistic Director – Natasha Higdon, has been meeting with the Artists to see their creations taking shape – Here is a sneak peak of Cath Whiteoak’s studio, where she has been working away on an installation entitled ‘Society.’ We simply cannot wait to see this!
